✅ Lat Pulldown: If 130 lbs felt good last time, consider bumping to 135-140 lbs for a challenge.
✅ Seated Cable Row: Last time, 120 lbs felt hard—see if extra rest makes it easier or stick to 100-110 lbs.
✅ Dumbbell Rows: 60 lbs was solid but left arm was weaker—keep this weight or bump to 65 lbs if ready.
✅ Face Pulls: Try starting at 80 lbs since 90 lbs was manageable last time.
✅ Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 30 lbs x 7 reps was strong—if form is good, push to 32.5 lbs for a challenge.
